We carefully pack and dispatch every order to ensure it reaches you safely.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 2000 within India.
- A flat shipping fee of INR 70 applies to orders below INR 2000.
- Shipping charges during promotional offers or sales may vary and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days (3–4 business days during sales or peak periods).
- Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
- We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or whatsapp with a tracking link so you can follow your package.
Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the package.
If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with our courier partner.
Undelivered & Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or if it is not collected, reshipping charges will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
